The courtroom might briefly exclude the child within the hearing other than though allegations of his delinquency are being read. (e)  Open up proceedings.--Most of the people shall not be excluded from any hearings less than this chapter: (one)  Pursuant to the petition alleging delinquency wherever the child was fourteen yrs of age or older at
